Just about everything on the menu is made in front of guests. With display fridges highlighting the vast range of fresh produce on offer, including raw bar, cold counter and in house butchers, all adding to the theatre of the restaurant.
We specialise in the best steak cuts from around the world, including; Black Angus corn fed from the USA, Premium Marble Reserve from Australia, Full Blooded Japanese Black Wagyu and Aberdeen Angus from Argentina & the British Isles.
All of our cuts are showcased in a state of the art ageing room in full view of diners. Should you wish to have your steak cut to your size and preference, our in-house butcher will be on hand during every service.
The open kitchen boasts a 3 meter handmade charcoal & wood burning grill, which sits between two feature wood burning ovens.
We only use lump wood charcoal and sustainable wood from the English countryside. It’s natural, with no additives and imparts the most amazing flavour and aromas to our food.
