We only use lump wood charcoal and sustainable wood from the English countryside, it is natural with no additives and imparts the most amazing flavour and aromas to our food. Specialising in the best steak cuts from around the world, provided by our very own butchers in Cheshire and showcased in our state of the art ageing room.
Just about everything on our menus is made in front of guests. With display fridges highlighting the vast range of fresh produce on offer, including raw bar, cold counter and in-house butchers, all adding in the theatre of Opera Grill.
