Summer menus launched on the 4th July at The Restaurant Bar & Grill, Bank Restaurant & Bar and ZINC. This seasons focus brings fresh, new flavours with ingredients such as broad beans, peas, hand-picked crab, beefsteak tomatoes, scallops and native lobster. Operations Chef Chris Maycock commented “Britain brings such a wealth of produce at this time of year it is an exciting time as a chef. We’ve worked really hard this summer to create dishes that heighten the simplicity of the ingredients, really letting them speak for themselves.” Here is a look at some dishes to look forward to…
