My Account
If you have updated any of your contact details including home address, telephone number or email address, you can edit these under the account page on the app. Go to the menu in the top left hand corner of the home screen, choose Account and the Details to edit.
Yes of course, at the bottom of any email you receive from Individual Restaurants/ Club Individual there is an unsubscribe link. Please select this, you will be unsubscribed from our mailing list but your membership will not be affected.
Card
The Club Individual Black Card is the second tier membership available to those guests who have spent over £2,500 at any of our restaurants in a year. Once you have reached this criteria you will be contacted and invited to join the next tier of membership. If you think you have reached this criteria and haven’t been contacted, please email concierge@club-individual.co.uk Once your application has been processed you will be able to take advantage of the additional Black Card rewards.
You can use your card in any of our restaurants. These include Piccolino, Riva Blu, and our Bar & Grills restaurants. A full list of restaurants can be found within the restaurants section of each brand on the app.
CLUB INDIVIDUAL REWARDS
If you would like to register for a Club Individual reward, such as double points, open the rewards section in the Club Individual app and click on the “claim” button.
To check the status of your rewards, open the rewards section in the app and select a reward you’d like to check. At the bottom of each reward, you will either see a “claim” button or a greyed out box stating “claimed,” which means the reward is currently active.
To check your reward points, click on “Your Card” and select “View Statements” on the card screen.
All points will expire if a membership has not been used to collect or redeem points in any 12 month period.
Points
Click on ‘your card’ on the navigation panel at the bottom of the app. Choose ‘view balance’ and your points and monetary value will be displayed.
Show your server your virtual card when paying your bill and the amount of points you wish to use will be deducted from your account.

Of course you can, just let your server know this is what you would like to do and they will deduct the points from your account and charge you for the rest of the bill amount.
Scheme Update
We are no longer accepting sign ups whilst we take a short break. We will be back and better than every in January 2024, and accepting sign ups to the waiting list from November’23.
We have listened to our guests and feel it is time for a change. We want to continually improve the experience we offer and can’t wait to launch our new loyalty rewards which is packed full of money can’t buy experiences that every guest has a chance to unlock.
If you have not redeemed your points within a 12 month period, they automatically expire.
We are taking a short break from 15th October 2023 until 2nd January 2024.
The app can be used until 15th October. A new app will be available from 2nd January 2024 when our new scheme launches.

Yes, we will send you a link to download the new app when it is ready. We will contact you nearer the time with all log in information.
We will no longer issue cards to any members excluding Black card members. Your virtual card will be available within the app once it is downloaded.
The scheme ends at 11.59pm on 15th October and all benefits will then end. All points balances will be removed.
All statuses will be reviewed in line with the arrival of the new scheme.
