If you have updated any of your contact details including home address, telephone number or email address, you can edit these under the account page on the app. Go to the menu in the top left hand corner of the home screen, choose Account and the Details to edit.

Yes of course, at the bottom of any email you receive from Individual Restaurants/ Club Individual there is an unsubscribe link. Please select this, you will be unsubscribed from our mailing list but your membership will not be affected.

Card

The Club Individual Black Card is the second tier membership available to those guests who have spent over £2,500 at any of our restaurants in a year. Once you have reached this criteria you will be contacted and invited to join the next tier of membership. If you think you have reached this criteria and haven’t been contacted, please email concierge@club-individual.co.uk Once your application has been processed you will be able to take advantage of the additional Black Card rewards.

You can use your card in any of our restaurants. These include The Restaurant Bar and Grill, Piccolino, Bank Restaurant and Bar and Gino D’Acampo Restaurants. A full list of restaurants can be found within the restaurants section each brand on the app.

CLUB INDIVIDUAL REWARDS

If you would like to register for a Club Individual reward, such as double points, open the rewards section in the Club Individual app and click on the “claim” button.

To check the status of your rewards, open the rewards section in the app and select a reward you’d like to check. At the bottom of each reward, you will either see a “claim” button or a greyed out box stating “claimed,” which means the reward is currently active.

To check your reward points, click on “Your Card” and select “View Statements” on the card screen.

Your Welcome Dining Gift is valid for 28 days from the date of registration. Other reward points such as Double Points, will expire after 2 years if not redeemed.

Points

Click on ‘your card’ on the navigation panel at the bottom of the app. Choose ‘view balance’ and your points and monetary value will be displayed.

Show your server your virtual card when paying your bill and the amount of points you wish to use will be deducted from your account.

Of course you can, just let your server know this is what you would like to do and they will deduct the points from your account and charge you for the rest of the bill amount.
