Club IR Scheme

• The promoter of the Club IR Scheme is Individual Restaurants (IRC) Limited, First Floor Northern Assurance Buildings, 9-21 Princess Street, Manchester M2 4DN (“we”, “us”, “our” or “IR”), under which Club IR Members may obtain access to Rewards, Events and Experiences when they visit any of Piccolino, Riva Blu, The Restaurant Bar and Grill, Bank Restaurant & Bar or Opera Grill owned by Individual Restaurants (the “Participating Restaurants”) using their Club IR Membership mobile application at the time of the visit.
• The Club IR Scheme is available to persons aged 18 and over who download the Club IR App from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and create an account. You will need a compatible smartphone to download the Club IR App to activate your Club IR Membership and participate in the Club IR Scheme. Club IR Memberships are personal to each guest and limited to one membership per individual and cannot be transferred. Where more than one membership is held, all associated memberships may be removed and access to Rewards, Events and Experiences may be revoked.
• The Club IR Membership will remain active as long as the Club IR Member continues to use the membership at least once every 24 months. Following a period of inactivity of 24 months or more, the member account will be deleted.
• A holder of an active Club IR Membership is hereafter referred to as a “Club IR Member”.
• A Club IR Membership is the way in which IR shows appreciation of a Club IR Member’s loyalty by rewarding them every time they visit a Participating Restaurant. As such, Rewards, Events and Experiences have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• We have the right to withdraw, cancel or change the terms of the Club IR Scheme and/or Club IR App at any time.
• There is no charge to become or retain membership, but qualification for a membership tier depends on annual spend on food and drink in a Participating Restaurant.
• We aim to ensure the Club IR App is available, but due to the nature of mobile and online services we cannot guarantee this at any time. Members are responsible for any connection or data charges arising from downloading, installing or using the Club IR App.
• By using the Club IR App, you agree that IR may use your information, including your geographical location, to (i) better understand your dining behaviours and (ii) provide you with Rewards, Events and Experiences (which may include sharing your information with third parties for that purpose) under the Club IR Scheme, irrespective of your privacy preferences selected at sign up. IR will collect information about the App’s functionality that you access and use, to identify areas of interest and improve the Club IR App. We also store data such as login details (Club IR number, surname, postcode and date of birth), mobile phone number, email address, current balance and spend information, and details of your current rewards, so you can view your offers and cashback balance without a network connection and avoid re-entering your login details every time you launch the App. We also collect a unique identifier for your mobile device to link it to your Club IR account for security purposes.

Membership Tiers

Club IR Members qualify for different tiers depending on annual spend on food and drink in a Participating Restaurant (the “Spend”), which governs access to Rewards, Events and Experiences. Spend may take up to 72 hours to be credited after a visit. With effect from 20 April 2026, the membership tiers and the Spend required to qualify for each are set out below.

• Spend is assessed on the anniversary of joining Club IR (new members) or the anniversary of moving up or down a tier based on Spend (existing members).
• Spend is only calculated on purchases of food and drink consumed within Participating Restaurants by a Club IR Member presenting their Club IR App, equal to the item total on the bill; excludes service charges, discretionary tips, gift card purchases and other non-food or drink items; can be earned when the bill is paid in part or full using a gift card; from any bill may only be collected by a single Club IR Membership and cannot be split or shared; and the Member is responsible for presenting their digital card at the time of visit. IR reserves the right to refuse to add Spend retrospectively.
• Club tier applies to Members with an annual spend of up to £499.
• Club Plus tier applies to Members with an annual spend between £500 and £999.
• Black tier applies to Members with an annual spend between £1,000 and £2,499.
• Diamond tier applies to Members with an annual spend of £2,500 and over.
• If a Member fails to achieve the required Spend in the relevant 12-month period, their membership will be downgraded to the qualifying tier.

Rewards, Events and Experiences

• Club IR Members must be physically present to earn, spend or redeem Rewards, and to access Events or Experiences. The Club IR App must be presented at the time the bill is requested for any Reward to accrue or be redeemed.
• A Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
• Photographs and videos may be taken during Rewards, Events and Experiences for Club IR’s social media and/or marketing purposes. By attending or participating, you consent to your image being used for marketing purposes.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or substitute any Rewards, Events and Experiences at any time.
• Club IR Members are responsible for any expenses and arrangements not specifically included in a Reward, Event or Experience.
• Events, Experiences and/or competitions may be subject to further terms and conditions, which will always be communicated alongside the relevant information.
• Club IR encourages responsible alcohol consumption and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone believed to be intoxicated, under 18, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
• No monetary or cash alternative is available.

Cashback

• Club and Club Plus tiers: 2.5% cashback on eligible spend when dining at Participating Restaurants.
• Black tier: 5% cashback on eligible spend when dining at Participating Restaurants.
• Diamond tier: 7.5% cashback on eligible spend when dining at Participating Restaurants.
• Cashback is calculated on the total bill excluding service charge and gift card purchases, and is credited to the Member’s account within 72 hours of the qualifying spend.
• Cashback is only available to Members already in Club Plus tier or above; a transaction that qualifies a Member for an upgrade to Club Plus is not itself eligible for cashback.
• Cashback expires 6 months from the date of issue if not redeemed, and does not transfer as part of a tier downgrade to Club tier.
• Redemption is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. IR reserves the right to amend, pause or withdraw any cashback promotion at any time, and no monetary or cash alternative is available.

Birthday Rewards

• Club & Club Plus: 50% off bottles of wine, Prosecco and Champagne during the Member’s birthday redemption period.
• Black: £25 off the bill when dining.
• Diamond: a complimentary birthday meal up to £50 when spending £100 or more.
• Birthday rewards are added automatically each year 2 weeks before the Member’s date of birth and are valid for 35 days from issue. Redemption is not valid with any other offer, and rewards are subject to availability (IR may substitute an item of similar value).

Special Date Rewards

• Club & Club Plus: one complimentary round of drinks for up to four guests (Aperol Spritz, 125ml Prosecco, a bottle of Peroni or a soft drink).
• Black: one bottle of house Prosecco or one complimentary main course up to £35.
• Diamond: one bottle of Moët & Chandon Champagne.
• Special Date rewards are added automatically each year 2 weeks before the date on record and are valid for 35 days from issue, subject to availability, limited to one per Member per calendar year based on the registered date of birth.

Black and Diamond Tiers Only

• Private Dining Room (Black & Diamond): reserve a Private Dining Room for three hours with no minimum spend Sunday to Thursday (Sunday to Tuesday at Heddon Street and Exchange Square), excluding Race Days, Entertainment nights and Bank Holidays, subject to availability. Contact your chosen restaurant or the central reservations team with your name and Club IR App number; guest numbers depend on the restaurant.
• Priority Booking (Diamond only): a table within 30 minutes of request at all Participating Restaurants wherever reasonably possible (not guaranteed), for up to four guests, excluding 13 November to 31 December, Race Days, Entertainment Nights, Bank Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day or other specified days.
• DJ in Private Dining Room (Diamond only): reserve a Private Dining Room with DJ for two hours with no minimum spend Monday to Thursday (Sunday to Tuesday at Piccolino, Heddon Street and Exchange Square), excluding Race Days, Entertainment nights, Bank Holidays and 13 November to 31 December. Register interest via the Club IR App, subject to availability.

Additional Benefits

• £20 Off Second Visit (Club): £20 off the second visit after the first loyalty card scan, added the day after that scan and valid for 3 months. Members must dine to redeem.
• Free Tea or Coffee (Black & Diamond): one complimentary hot drink per visit when dining, valid for the Club IR Member only.
• Refer a Friend (all tiers): when a guest becomes a Club IR Member using a Member’s referral code and spends £30 or more on their first visit, both the referring Member and the referred guest each receive £10, issued the day after the qualifying visit and valid for 3 months.
• Redemption of additional benefits is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, and is subject to availability (IR may substitute an item of similar value).

Liability

• This section applies to all Rewards, Events and Experiences.
• IR is not responsible for any communication failure outside our control that prevents you checking your Spend or redeeming a Reward, Event or Experience.
• IR is responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us if we fail to comply with our obligations under these Terms, but not for loss or damage that is not a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence.
• IR is not liable for business losses: you agree not to use the Club IR App for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose, and we have no liability for loss of profit, business, business interruption or business opportunity.
• IR is not liable for any unauthorised use of the Club IR App or a Club IR Membership.
• Members must notify IR of any change of address or other personal details; IR is not responsible for any loss of Rewards, Events, Experiences or Spend resulting from a failure to do so.
• Except where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law, IR accepts no responsibility for matters outside its reasonable control, including accounts created with incorrect information, technical malfunctions or network unavailability, device damage related to use of the App, unauthorised access resulting from loss of your device, or any other matter beyond its control.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits IR’s liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

General

• The Club IR Scheme and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes) are governed by English law. Disputes must be referred to the English courts, save that consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland may also bring an action in their home courts.
• If a court finds part of these Terms illegal, the rest continues in force; each section operates separately.
• If we choose to ignore a breach of these Terms, or delay in taking steps against you, we remain entitled to use our rights and remedies at a later date or on any other occasion.
• We intend to rely on these written Terms and any document expressly referred to in them, and both parties will be legally bound by them.

Current Promotional Offers

The following venue and brand-specific promotional offers also form part of the Club IR Scheme. Unless a specific end date is stated, IR reserves the right to amend or withdraw any of these offers at any time.

RBG - The 26 Collection

• Available all day, every day in all RBG locations.
• Must dine from the two-course menu.
• Subject to availability and to party sizes under 10.
• Available from 12 April 2026.
• Available in RBG Bank, Birmingham: all day, every day, except Arena show days.
• Available in RBG Leeds: all day, every day.
• Available in RBG Liverpool: Sunday to Friday all day, every day, and until 5pm Saturday.
• Available in Opera, Chester: Sunday to Friday all day, every day, and until 5pm Saturday (not available in the music lounge on show days or any Chester race day).

Riva Blu Venti Sapori - Two Course Menu for £22.95

• Available all day, every day in all Riva Blu locations.
• Must dine from the two-course menu.
• Subject to availability and to party sizes under 10.
• Available from 10 April 2026.

Forbici Loyalty Stamper Card

• One stamp per person per visit. One pizza must be purchased to qualify for a stamp.
• After three visits, guests are entitled to a free snack bite, redeemable on their 4th visit.
• After six visits, guests are entitled to a free pizza, redeemable on their 7th visit.
• A free snack bite or pizza cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and can only be redeemed in Forbici Manchester.
• No cash alternative is available.

RBG & Riva Blu Bottomless Brunch

• Priced at £35 per person and includes 90 minutes of bottomless drinks plus one main dish from the brunch menu. All sides and menu supplements are charged as extras.
• Available at all Restaurant Bar & Grill sites and Riva Metro sites: Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham.
• Available every Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 3pm.
• Strictly for guests 18 years and over. Valid ID may be required.
• Guests are encouraged to drink responsibly. Management reserves the right to refuse service or stop serving alcohol if a guest appears intoxicated.
• Bottomless drinks time starts from the booking time and lasts 90 minutes. Late arrivals may result in reduced dining time.
• All food and drink must be consumed on the premises.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or vouchers.
• Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time.

Forbici - Sasso, Carta, Forbici

• Available for dine-in food bills only. Food items only; beverages are excluded.
• The in-restaurant promotion is only valid for participation between 3:00pm and 5:00pm daily.
• One game per bill is permitted. A draw is replayed immediately until there is a clear win or loss; draws do not count as the one game attempt.
• Customers may choose their opponent from either a member of the chef team or the wait team, subject to availability.
• A designated Forbici team member acts as the official opponent and referee, and their decision is final and binding.
• Both the customer and staff participant must clearly and audibly say “Sasso, Carta, Forbici” on the countdown before revealing their hand.
• Winning customers receive 50% off their food bill, applied immediately following the standard “cut the bill” promotion process.
• Only one discount per bill applies, and the promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion unless explicitly stated.
• No cash alternative, exchange or substitution is available.
• Any attempt to cheat, manipulate or unfairly influence the game results in immediate disqualification from the promotion.
• Customers must behave respectfully and follow staff instructions at all times; the organiser reserves the right to refuse participation or withdraw the promotion from anyone behaving inappropriately, disruptively or unsafely.
• Only available to play in Forbici Manchester and Forbici Sheffield.

Piccolino - Sommelier Wine of the Month

• Exclusive to Club IR members; you must be a member of Club IR to access this offer.
• Members price for bottles of wine. Valid 7 days a week. Limited time offer.
• Not valid on Race Days.
• Not valid on Graduation Days: Birmingham 10th or 17th July; Liverpool, Manchester, Tower Bridge and Heddon Street on 17th July.
• Only available in Bramhall, Collingham, Didsbury, Hale, Ilkley, Knutsford, Stockton Heath, Chichester, Henley-on-Thames, Marlow and Wilmslow.

Piccolino - Venerdi Vino

• Exclusive to Club IR members; you must be a member of Club IR to access this offer.
• Members priced on medium and large glasses of wine, including a white, rose and red: Gavi, Pinot Grigio Rose and Montepulciano d'Abruzzo.
• Valid all day on Fridays only. Limited time offer.
• Not valid on Race Days, or in conjunction with other Club IR offers or Graduation Days: Birmingham 10th or 17th July; Liverpool, Manchester, Tower Bridge and Heddon Street on 17th July.

Riva Blu - Kids Eat for £1 This Half Term

• For every paying adult, a child aged 11 or under can enjoy a main course for £1 from the children’s menu.
• The adult must purchase a main course from the à la carte menu to qualify for this offer.
